Business - 1 year Multiple Entry Visa

Important Notes:

All applications with postal code start with letter "G" need to submit

documents to Toronto Indian Visa Application Center.

1. Passport with at least 6 months plus 10 days remaining validity & available blank pages for visa;

2. new Two recent Colored 51mm x 51mm photos; Please note:

  • Face should cover about 60-70 percent of the photo area
  • It should have full face, front view, eyes open and facing the camera directly
  • Ensure both ears, neck, and shoulders are clearly visible
  • The background should be a plain light background
  • There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background

3. One properly completed online Visa Application Form;

4. One Properly completed Business Information Sheet;Download

5. Prove of residence - copy of driver licence or utility bills with applicant's name and address;

6. Invitation Letter from Indian Company, Organization, or Government;

7. Two orginal Letters from your Company, Organization address to High Commission of India;

8. Letter of Authorization Download from the principal applicant;

9. Pickup & delivery Request Form Download if Needed;

10. Mailing Requrst Form Download if Needed;

11. Payment: (Please attach the proper payment with the application to avoid any delay)
