 Tourist - Multiple Entry Visa

Required Documents:

1. Original Passport: (Must be in good condition, damaged will not be accepted)

  • Valid for at least six months;
  • Signed on the designated space;
  • With at least two empty pages to issue the visa.

2. Visa application form:

Please note:
The visa application form must be electronically filled.
The protocal page ( with barcode) must be printed, signed
and put alone with your passport and other necessary documents

(we can help you e-fill the application form when you come to our office personally)

3. One photo:Mike Photo Services

  • Against a white background, colored, front face;
  • Size: 5 cm X7 cm (must be stapmed by the photogragher)
  • Scanned pictures, automatic photo booth pictures are not accepted.

4. Air ticket reservation with the passanger's name and the date of Travel:

5. Proof of financial means/proof of employment (one of the following options only):

  • Photocopy of the last 30 days of bank statement with full name of account holder;
  • Official letter from the employer confirming your current position and the recent paystub;
  • plus the Copy of last income tax Notice of Assessment.

6. Pickup & delivery Request Form Download if Needed;

7. Mailing Requrst Form Download if Needed;

8. Payment: (Please attach the proper payment with the application to avoid any delay)
